Whether you're greeting guests inside the galleries, tending our historic gardens, or helping behind the scenes at events, your time and talents make a lasting impact.
Our volunteer team reflects the same spirit of creativity and curiosity that has animated this site since the days of André Smith’s Research Studio. Whether you can give a few hours each week or just a few times a year, we’d love to have you on board.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Museum Receptionist – Welcome guests and assist in the galleries
- Gardening & Propagation – Help tend planting beds and grow new specimens
- Special Events – Support event logistics and guest experience during exhibit openings and community celebrations
